Where Posture Meets Natural Beauty
A doctor-led approach integrating spinal balance, targeted exercise, and Japan’s Bijin Myofascial Release Technique to support natural, non-invasive breast enhancement.

I am Dr. Rin Park, and I have treated patients with scoliosis for many years. Among my female patients, I frequently observed breast asymmetry related to spinal imbalance and posture. This led me to explore ways to support them through chiropractic spinal treatment and targeted exercises.

Today, this approach has become more complete through the combination of my clinical treatment methods and the Bijin Mayofacia Release  Technique (MRT) from Japan. In addition, this integrated approach allows us to work toward the goal of natural breast enhancement in a safe, non-invasive way.

“Real beauty is revealed not only in the face, but in the elegance of the full body contour.”

“Have you ever imagined yourself with a beautiful body and complete confidence?”

How It All Began

Dr. Park began his medical journey in the United States, where he studied chiropractic medicine and later pursued advanced training in scoliosis treatment. Over many years of clinical practice, he treated countless pediatric and adult patients, helping to straighten their spines or, at the very least, maintain spinal health and prevent further progression.

Through this long-term work, Dr. Park came to an important realization: scoliosis patients were not only affected by lateral spinal deviation, but often experienced postural imbalance and breast asymmetry. While spinal treatments and corrective exercises could bring improvement, he observed that these changes were often temporary, revealing the need for a more holistic, body-centered approach.

Meanwhile, in Japan, Ms. Ayano, a registered nutritionist, was on a personal journey of her own. Motivated by a deeply personal experience and a desire to help both herself and other women, she began researching natural ways to support feminine body balance and confidence. Her dedication led to the creation of Bijin Bust, a natural breast enhancement program that has helped over 10,000 women in Japan and running over 500 different locations in Japan.

Today, Dr. Park and Ms. Ayano have come together, combining spinal  insight, postural science, and holistic body care. Their shared mission is clear: to help women restore balance, embrace their natural beauty, and regain confidence in themselves.

Inch by inch
Non-invasive breast enhancement

Natural breast enhancement is based on addressing four key physiological components that influence breast appearance and tissue health.

Spinal and pelvic alignment  play a critical role in posture correction and neuromuscular balance. In particular, thoracic spine treatment promotes scapular retraction and ribcage expansion, allowing the chest to open naturally and improving the structural positioning of the breasts. Proper alignment supports optimal nervous system function and may contribute to healthy endocrine regulation, which is essential for normal estrogen activity involved in breast tissue maintenance. (1)

Mayofascia release techniques enhance local blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Improved circulation increases oxygen and nutrient delivery to breast tissue, while effective lymphatic flow helps reduce tissue congestion and fluid retention. (2)

Targeted exercise focuses on strengthening the pectoralis muscles, which provide structural support beneath the breast tissue. Improved muscle tone helps maintain breast firmness, lift, and overall contour. (3)

Adequate elastin and protein support is essential for skin elasticity and connective tissue integrity. These components contribute to breast firmness, resilience, and the ability of the tissue to adapt to mechanical and postural improvements. (4)

Together, these four components create a non-invasive, science-driven framework for natural breast enhancement and long-term breast wellness. The Inch by Inch Enhancement Program simultaneously improves:

  • Breast tissue physiology

  • Tissue elasticity

  • Breast position

  • Collagen production

Inch by Inch is a science-based program that awakens and regenerates

your body's natural tissues.

Q & A

Natural Breast Enhancement – Key Questions & Answers

Inch by Inch

Q1. Can I really see changes with non-surgical breast enhancement?

Yes, changes are possible, but results vary from person to person. Inch by Inch does not guarantee identical results or dramatic short-term enlargement. This program works by supporting circulation, posture, fascial balance, and lifestyle-related factors, encouraging the body’s natural potential for change. Because every body responds differently, outcomes depend on individual conditions and consistency of care.

Q2. Is this a replacement for breast surgery?

No. Inch by Inch does not present this program as an alternative to surgery. Surgical and non-surgical approaches have completely different goals and methods. This program is designed for women who do not want surgery, are not ready for surgery, or prefer a gentle, wellness-based option.

Q3. What kind of results should I realistically expect?

Clients should expect natural, gradual changes, not instant or extreme enlargement. Beyond size, many clients notice improvements in:

  • Firmness

  • Shape stability

  • Overall balance and feel

Consistent care over time is essential, and individual differences are significant.

Q4. How many sessions are needed to notice a change?

We are recommend at least six sessions (one month apart) to be applies to everyone. Some clients feel subtle changes after one session, while others require ongoing care over a longer period. Inch by Inch focuses on step-by-step observation and progression, rather than promising results after a specific number of sessions.

Q5. Is this procedure safe?

Yes, when performed according to guidelines.

Inch by Inch is a non-medical, non-invasive wellness program operating within the scope of aesthetic and body care. It does not involve injections, implants, medications, or medical diagnosis.

Q6. Is this just a psychological or placebo effect?

Psychological factors can influence body perception, but this program is not based solely on mindset. It addresses physical elements such as circulation, posture, tissue use patterns, and body awareness. Physical and psychological changes often interact, and Inch by Inch maintains a balanced, non-exaggerated explanation.

Q7. Are results guaranteed? Is there a refund if I’m not satisfied?

No results are guaranteed. Because this is a natural, body-responsive program, Inch by Inch does not offer result-based guarantees or refunds. Instead, clients receive clear explanations and informed consent before starting, ensuring realistic expectations from the beginning.

Q8. What are the limitations of this program?

The limitations are clear and openly explained. This program is not suitable for those seeking immediate, dramatic changes like surgery can provide. Inch by Inch is best suited for women who value natural change, long-term body care, and overall balance.

Closing Message for Clients

Inch by Inch believes that honest communication builds trust. Rather than promising quick fixes, we focus on respecting the body’s natural process, guiding clients inch by inch toward positive, sustainable change.

At-home breast care primarily revolves around these three key pillars:

  1. Maintaining proper posture (the most important and foundational aspect)

  2. Self lymphatic/circulation massage

Consistently combining these three can help maintain breast firmness and elasticity, prevent sagging, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and relieve shoulder and neck tension.

1. Maintaining Proper Posture (Pay Attention All Day Long)

The biggest cause of breast sagging is rounded shoulders (forward-slumped posture) combined with a hunched back.

Recommended habits:

  • When sitting or standing, gently pull your shoulders back and slightly squeeze your shoulder blades (scapulae) together.

  • Keep your ears, shoulders, hips, and ankles in a straight line—stay mindful of this alignment.

  • Every 30–60 minutes, do 10 seconds of shoulder rolls + chest-opening stretch (clasp your hands behind your back and lift them slightly while opening your chest).

  • When looking at your phone, raise it to eye level instead of just tilting your head down.

2. At-Home Self Breast Massage (5–10 Minute Routine)

Key principles

  • Never apply too much pressure (no pain—just comfortable pressure)

  • Always move outward to inward, bottom to top

  • Follow lymphatic flow: finish by directing toward the armpits → collarbone area

  • Best right after a shower or with oil/lotion for better glide and results

Simple 5-Minute Routine Example (2–3 minutes per breast)

  1. Preparation Lightly apply oil or body lotion to both hands (coconut oil, almond oil, or unscented lotion recommended).

  2. Hand on Heart & Breathing (30 sec) Place one hand over the center of your chest (sternum) and take deep breaths: inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds × 5 times.

  3. Large Circles: Outward to Inward (1–2 min) Use the full palm to make big circles from the outer lower breast → up → inward toward the center, 10–15 times. Then reverse direction.

  4. Lifting Strokes: Bottom to Top (1 min) Support the breast lightly with one hand, use the other to gently sweep upward from below to the top, 10–15 times.

  5. Armpit & Collarbone Lymph Stimulation (1 min) Gently circle the inner armpit with fingertips 10 times. Then lightly stroke downward over the collarbone (following lymph drainage direction).

  6. Finishing Taps Lightly tap the entire breast area with your fingertips for 20–30 seconds.

Extra Tips

  • Menstrual cycle reference: Many find better results when focusing massage in the post-period phase up to ovulation (around days 11–14), as tissues feel softer.

  • Bras: Avoid overly tight underwire bras; wear a sports bra during exercise.

  • Hydration: Drink a glass of water before and after massage to support lymphatic drainage.

Investing just 10–15 minutes a day in this routine can lead to noticeable improvements in posture, firmness, and circulation after 2–3 months. Adjust intensity to suit your body and enjoy the process!
